DropShipping VA/ Video Editor/ Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a skilled video editor/graphic designer with a strong portfolio for our dropshipping business, who can:

– Take videos and cut and combine clips to make 30-60s minute long high-converting videos, with ‘scroll-stopping’ first few seconds, add subtitles for FB/IG/Tiktok/YT ads- using video editing software preferably DaVinci Resolve.
– Independently source the best videos available on internet for the video ads, if required
– Create ‘scroll stopping’ thumbnails, catchy product photos with proficiency in photoshop and Canva
– Create great product descriptions (training will be provided)
– Strong time management skills and making sure there are no delays
– Basic VA assistance in other tasks when task at hand.

You’ll need to know what makes a winning video scroll-stopper – the first 3-5 sec video scene that should be extremely eye-catching, highly engaging and provoking curiosity for the viewer to watch the rest of the ad. Yet it should be relevant to the hook and product we promote. Can’t just put some random clip just to clickbait the viewer. Depending on if I’ve provided you with the existing videos or not, you must be able to
– Either edit existing video ads by overwriting text, adding voiceovers music, and making necessary adjustments. (generally takes 30 minutes for a video)
– Or create new video ads by sourcing relevant images, video clips, and music to align with new products. (generally takes 2 hours to create a video from scratch)

Requirement:
At least one and preferably two or more years of experience in video editing and graphic design in e-commerce and dropshipping.
Must be seeking a LONG TERM employment with us who is ready to grow and get even better at editing to our style.

Salary 500$/mo for 40hrs/week or 250$ for 20hr/week. Will start with part-time then full time. Can be paid monthly or bi-weekly. First week will be a trial period and after that I will only pick someone who is eager to learn, is coachable, and quick to respond. Must work together through screen-sharing during initial training and occasional meetings. Timings can be discussed.
