As we continue to expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a DTC Growth Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maximize revenue per visitor by optimizing Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, and Lifetime Value
— CVR – Create enticing guarantees
— CVR – Scarcity through promotions
— CVR – Capture & re-market to leads
— CVR – Save abandoned carts
— CVR – Add testimonials and social proof
— AOV – Add upsells and down-sells (Zipify OCU)
— AOV – Create bundles and super bundles
— AOV – Suggest more products to add to site
— AOV – Charge for shipping / warranties
— LTV – Manage Subscriptions and repeat sales

• Coordinate with a developer and designer to craft, test, and manage the most high performing landing pages possible

• Integrate and manage Email and SMS marketing campaigns and sequences (Klaviyo)

• Integrate best-fit tools and software to streamline DTC sales and operations

• Launch & Test Ads Meta/Facebook and Google Ads with attribution tracking system, set-up retargeting flow, test advertorials and listicles

• Test and Scale Multiple Traffic Sources
— Affiliates
— Youtube
— Influencers
— Alternative ad channels: Taboola, Criteo, & LiveIntent

• Test physical mail postcard promotions (postpilot or vistaprint)

• Coordinate with finance team to organize standard and custom reports

• Manage Social Media Presence on Facebook, IG, Google, Youtube, Tiktok

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Ecommerce experience selling physical products online
• 2+ years of proven direct response media/ad buying experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in DTC marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to optimize performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for DTC profit maximization
