Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Dubsado Specialist to assist in the one-off project of building out our CRM system on Dubsado. You will be responsible for setting up and optimising our customer journey, creating branded forms, integrating payment gateways, and establishing a seamless connection with our project management tool, ClickUp.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Journey Optimisation:
– Strategise and implement an efficient customer journey within Dubsado.
– Ensure a white-glove customer service experience aligned with our brand and tone of voice.
2. Form Creation and Branding:
– Develop and customise forms in Dubsado, ensuring they are branded to reflect our business identity.
– Implement necessary fields and information capture points for streamlined customer interaction.
3. Payment Gateway Integration:
– Integrate payment gateways seamlessly within Dubsado to facilitate smooth and secure transactions.
4. File Management:
– Organise and structure files effectively within Dubsado for easy accessibility and management.
5. Integration with ClickUp:
– Establish a robust connection between Dubsado and ClickUp to ensure a synchronised workflow.
6. Efficiency and Flow Suggestions:
– Propose and implement workflow improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
– Provide recommendations on optimising Dubsado features for our specific business needs.
7. Documentation and Training:
– Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the implemented system.
– Create a comprehensive handbook outlining how our customised Dubsado system operates.
– Conduct training sessions to ensure our team is proficient in utilising the new system.
Qualifications:
1. Dubsado Expertise:
– Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in building out Dubsado.
– Proven track record of successful CRM customisation and optimisation.
2. Portfolio Showcase:
– Showcase a portfolio of previous Dubsado buildout projects, emphasising the ability to incorporate branding and tailor solutions to unique business needs.
3. Strategic Thinker:
– Demonstrate the ability to strategise and implement the correct flow for business processes within Dubsado.
4. Effective Communication:
– Strong communication skills to collaborate with our team and understand the specific requirements of our business.
5. Documentation Skills:
– Ability to create clear, concise SOPs and a comprehensive handbook for the customised Dubsado system.
Budget:
The allocated budget for this project is $1000-$2000 AUD.
