QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
Excellent IT skills
It is essential that they wish to develop their skills (e.g. You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully).
Excellent understanding of spoken English is essential, and you need to be accomplished at writing in the English language.
I am looking for a self-motivated VA who is an accurate but fast worker. In addition, the individual must be professional, reliable, and have a ‘Can Do’ attitude!
We need someone who is comfortable with handling low-volume emails, customer inquiries, and issues and submitting reports on this activity.
We need someone who is available to work 10 – 16 hours per week, but for the right candidate, we can see this being closer to 16 as we develop and expand.

Process mapping Via lucid chart flow charts to BPMN 2.0 (Potential for immediate development; we have the course if required)
Client engagement
Database input
Work planning
Product Research
Manage social media presence.
Responsible for behind-the-scenes admin of a family-run property business located in Scotland UK. Process creation
Market research with reports
WORK TIMES
A weekly meet-up via Zoom would be required. On Friday morning, UK time

I have a beautiful young family. We are located in Dundee, Scotland; we also have ties to the Loch Lomond area, where our business may move and expand to include serviced accommodation.
At the moment, I am also a Full-time Career Firefighter, so it is extra important that we get the right people to support us.

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS
Pay rate: 3-4 US$ per hour, increasing once trained in our systems,
You will get paid initially Bi-weekly Via Paypal; then, once you are happy with working for us, we will change to the second Friday of each month to fit into our pay run procedure.
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company)
You will be given holiday pay after 1 year
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata average) after 1 year
