Seeking a Dynamic Administrative & Marketing Virtual Assistant

Top Responsibilities:

1. Marketing and Content Creation:
Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content for social media platforms, focusing on maximizing reach and engagement. Repurpose previous and current podcast episodes into a variety of types of content.
Develop and refine marketing strategies to promote our business and its programs.
Utilize tools like Facebook, Instagram, Canva, and social media scheduling systems to optimize content distribution.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.

2. Task Organization and Execution:
Manage and execute various tasks with meticulous attention to detail, including updates to Active Campaign emails and minor copy changes on Elementor/Wordpress, Thrivecart, Stripe, and Paypal.
Demonstrate strong self-management skills in organizing documents, files, and project timelines.
Utilize project management tools like Trello to streamline task management and ensure efficient workflow.

3. Podcast Publishing:
Edit and enhance podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and engaging content.
Conduct basic SEO research to optimize podcast titles and descriptions for maximum visibility.
Create visually appealing podcast covers and cross-post content across multiple platforms.

Preferred But Not Required:
Experience with Thinkific for course creation and management.
Graphic design and branding expertise to enhance the company’s visual identity.
