We are a non-profit dedicated to supporting sustainability within the entertainment industry, and we are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team. We’re looking for a proactive and trustworthy assistant to help keep everything organized and running smoothly with our founder’s personal and work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbox Management:
– Efficiently manage and organize emails, ensuring important communications are highlighted.
– Provide prompt responses and filter messages based on priority.
2. Scheduling and Reminders:
– Schedule meetings, appointments, and set reminders for important deadlines.
– Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless scheduling.
3. Booking Meetings, Appointments, and Travel:
– Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
– Handle logistics and ensure all necessary details are communicated.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
– Social Media and Canva:
– Experience with Canva and basic social media management would be a plus.
– Ability to create visually appealing content for our cause.
– Understanding of Mom Life / Work Life:
– This role directly supports the co-founder in busy personal and professional responsibilities.
– Appreciation for the challenges of managing both personal and professional responsibilities.
– Ability to relate to and support the unique aspects of a busy family life.
– Experience with High Net Worth / Entertainment Industry Clients:
– Previous experience working with clients in the entertainment industry or high net worth individuals is a bonus.
– Understanding of the dynamic nature of public lifestyles.

– Ability to work with a flexible schedule, considering frequent travels and different time zones.
– Proactive in adjusting priorities based on the changing needs of the schedule.

– Excellent written communication skills, representing the founder in a positive and professional manner.
– Clarity in conveying information and instructions.
– Trustworthiness and Discretion:
– Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
– Building trust through reliability and maintaining confidentiality.

– Willingness to anticipate needs and go above and beyond.

Budget and Hours
– $10-12 per hour, 20 hours per week
– Monday through Thursday, with a regular daily check-in from 4 PM Mountain Standard Time, scheduled every Tuesday through Thursday.
