JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our company is looking for a dynamic BDR with exceptional communication skills and a strong drive to succeed. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective customers, so your ability to engage and build relationships is crucial.
ADDITIONAL TASKS THAT WILL BE REQUIRED BUT NOT LIMITED TO ARE:
Making outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects.
Setting appointments for the sales team.
Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Sending cold emails and follow-up communications.
Achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

CRM proficiency, preferably with Pipedrive.
Experience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.
