Position: Business Development Specialist (Cold Calling)

Your Role:
As our Business Development Specialist, you will be the first point of contact in transforming the digital presence of businesses across the United States. Your primary task is to reach out to businesses that are currently underrepresented online – those on the 3rd and 4th pages of Google with less than 4-star ratings, possibly lacking a website or an unclaimed Google page. Your goal is to set the stage for their digital transformation by scheduling appointments for our follow-up team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cold calls to businesses fitting our criteria, using a provided database and script.
Engage in meaningful conversations, understanding the unique challenges and needs of each business.
Persuasively articulate our value proposition and how we can elevate their online presence.
Schedule appointments for further discussion and follow-up by our expert team.
Maintain detailed records of calls, including follow-ups and outcomes.
Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and results to maximize effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for persuasive and clear conversation.
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic understanding of SEO and online business presence is a plus.
