Role Overview
As our Community Manager & AI Newsletter Writer, you will be the heart and soul of our online community. Your mission? Keep the conversation lively, the community informed, and our brand buzzing!
Key Responsibilities
Community Manager Duties:
* Engage & Energize: Respond to comments and keep the group active and vibrant. Your enthusiasm will be contagious!
* Monitor & Maintain: Track growth and engagement, ensuring our community thrives.
* Compliance & Clean-Up: Review incoming messages for compliance and re-post to keep everyone in the loop. Block troublemakers when necessary (don’t worry, it’s rare!).
Newsletter AI Writer Duties:
* News Snoop: Keep an eye on the hottest topics in our community to feed into AI.
* AI Expertise: Use AI to gather stories, weather updates, and events from various sources and weave them into a captivating weekly newsletter.
* Creative Design: Use images, GIFs, and links to create a visually engaging and informative newsletter.
* Mailchimp Skills: Prep and design the newsletter in Mailchimp, ensuring it’s polished and ready to wow our audience.
* Admin Support: Help with light admin work for our house-buying company, promoting our business and monetizing our group.
Requirements
1. Availability: 9-5 EST – Be there when our community needs you!
2. Facebook Familiarity: Comfortable and experienced in using Facebook pages and moderating.
3. ChatGPT Savvy: Proficient in using ChatGPT for writing and information gathering.
4. Mailchimp Skills: Ability to create and send newsletters using Mailchimp (we can train you if needed).
5. Engagement Expert: Ready to dive into conversations and keep the community buzzing.
