Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible for dispatching and planning trucks and drivers, monitoring drivers’ progress, and communicating with customers regarding any delays or issues. In addition, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
– Dispatching and Planning trucks and drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
– Monitoring drivers’ progress and communicating with customers regarding any delays or issues
– Communicating with drivers regarding any route changes or issues that may arise during their trips
– Providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving
– Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
– Ability to work independently, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems

Compensation & Hours:
The working hours will be from 2am-1pm PHT (11 hours), Monday – Friday, which should be a good fit for you. Paid overtime weekends are also available. We provide a highly competitive compensation package that includes a salary commensurate with your level of experience. Additionally, we offer a performance-based Christmas Bonus to recognize and reward outstanding contributions to our team’s success.
