Job Description:
We are currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Customer Service to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of trucks and drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
* Dispatching and Planning trucks and drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
* Monitoring drivers’ progress and communicating with customers regarding any delays or issues
* Communicating with drivers regarding any route changes or issues that may arise during their trips
* Providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors
* Other duties as assigned

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics and possess exceptional analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.

As a key member of our team, they will be expected to work independently, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, an excellent ability to solve problems, and a passion for innovation.

Compensation & Hours:
Our company is located in New Zealand, and we want to emphasize that the timezone for our country will be a good fit for you. The working hours will be from 1am-12pm PHT (11 hours), Monday – Friday.

Paid overtime weekends is also available.

We provide a highly competitive compensation package that includes a salary commensurate with your level of experience. Additionally, we offer a performance-based Christmas Bonus to recognize and reward outstanding contributions to our team’s success.
