The Roles:
– Virtual Assistant
– Email Assistant
– Search and Discovery
– Human Resourcing
As our virtual assistant, you will do miscellaneous things upon request throughout the day, if needed.
As our email assistant, you will be the driving force behind our inbound and outbound communication with K-pop labels and more. You will play a pivotal role in crafting professional and persuasive emails, ensuring our messages stand out in crowded inboxes.
For Search and Discovery, you will need to do deep research on topics we assign upon request.
As our Human Resource team member, you will utilize cutting edge search and discovery tools to identify and engage with exceptional candidates who fit the job description. Craft compelling job descriptions, collaborate, and drive end to end recruitment process for new job positions if needed.
