Role Overview:
As my Executive Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in organizing my business and personal life, enabling me to focus on strategic tasks and company growth. Your duties will include calendar management, communication handling, financial administration, project management, and personal assistant tasks. This full-time, remote position is ideal for candidates based in the Philippines, offering a competitive salary, a great PTO policy, and opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management and Scheduling: Ensure an efficient and conflict-free schedule, coordinating all professional and personal appointments.
Communication Management: Handle emails, messages, and other communications, ensuring timely responses and effective information flow.
Financial Administration: Assist with budgeting tasks, create concise financial reports, and manage personal and business expenses.
Project and Task Management: Oversee and manage various projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively.
Personal Assistant Tasks: Perform personal errands such as online grocery orders, contributing to improved work-life balance.
Research and Preparation: Conduct research and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Extensive history of working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, specifically supporting business executives or entrepreneurs. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of managing similar responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with or willingness to learn project management software.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth information flow.
The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
