Our client is excited about building her business, promoting unique offers, and launching digital products and group programs. Led by Susan Keyser, a visionary entrepreneur, she aims to create impactful solutions and content that resonates with her audience. As we gear up for this growth phase, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to play a key role in her journey.
Her business is in the holistic and homeopathic health space with a particular emphasis on topics related to energy healing, narcissistic abuse recovery, and potentially other personal development or spiritual topics.
Susan aims to monetize her knowledge and experiences through various channels, including books and possibly podcasts, centered around her areas of expertise and personal experiences.
There are plans for personal coaching, group calls, possibly a membership model, and promotion of specific affiliate offers.
The Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to Susan, ensuring the efficient operation of her business activities.
Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
2. Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including promotions and product launches.
3. Communication: Handle correspondence, manage emails, and ensure clear communication within the team and with external partners.
4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
5. Audience Engagement: Support initiatives to build and engage with our digital community.
6. Lead Technical Operations: Be on the front lines of implementing technical solutions for Susan’s business including funnels, marketing automation, and implementation of a CRM.
7. Content Creation and Publishing: Assist in the creation and/or editing of social media content and graphics as well as scheduling.
This will start as a part-time freelance position with the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on performance and business growth. It may start as 5-10 hours a week and grow from there.
Our Ideal Candidate:
– Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other roles that would support this position.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Will include the word “Innovate” somewhere in their cover letter.
– Proficient in digital tools and platforms necessary for the role (please indicate what systems you have experience with in your response).
– Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
