Job Overview:
This role calls for a highly organized, creative, and dynamic individual who will work directly under the guidance of our CEO and co-founder. As part of the executive team, your mission will be to provide outstanding support to our members through various channels, including our in-house support system, chat, social media, and email. Your role will also encompass social media marketing, project management assistance, training development support, and direct executive support to the CEO. A special emphasis will be placed on candidates with an eye for design and experience in UI/UX, as your insights will be invaluable in enhancing our marketing tools and user interfaces.

Core Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our members.
Drive our social media marketing efforts, managing content across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Assist in project management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and any issues with our software are swiftly addressed.
Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials, supporting both our team and our users.
Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, aiding in a wide range of administrative and strategic tasks.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in customer support (B2B experience is a plus).
Solid background in social media marketing, with the ability to manage and grow our online presence.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
An eye for design, with bonus points for experience in UI/UX design.
Familiarity with project management tools and practices.

Working Conditions:
+ Full-time position, requiring a commitment of 40+ hours per week, with potential weekend work.
