Dynamic Executive VA wanted for Custom Countertop Company

We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our team! Our Executive VA will be responsible for managing our CRM system, scheduling the measurement and installation of projects and communicating with clients to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
• Schedule templates and installations with clients and communicate any changes or updates
• Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and other channels to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and job progress
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
