We’re a burgeoning company in the digital landscape, currently a team of four, and we’re eager to find someone who can take the reins of our financial operations.
What We Need:
We’re seeking a Finance Manager who is not just adept in numbers but a true RockStar in setting up and managing comprehensive financial processes and systems. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing all aspects of our company’s finances. This includes, but is not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement efficient and robust financial processes and systems from the ground up.
– Manage all aspects of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
– Prepare detailed financial reports and present them to the management.
– Work closely with the team to integrate financial management with our business operations.
– Continuously analyze our financial performance and suggest improvements.
– Help Filing US Taxes (we want to bring this in-house)
Who You Are:
– You have a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
– Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you have an eye for detail.
– You’re looking for an opportunity to grow and thrive with a growing company.
– You’re self-motivated, proactive, and can work independently to remove financial management tasks from my plate.
– You have excellent communication skills and can explain financial concepts in layman’s terms.
– Willing to speak on calls with the founder.
– Someone who takes initiatives and solves problems on their own.
