What You’ll Do:
• Forge connections with healthcare professionals using social media, internal database and personal contacts
• Build referrals through your own referral campaigns
• Understand/meet their career goals and aspirations
• Become an expert on our facilities’ offerings
• Match candidates with perfect-fit jobs
• Coach candidates for success in interviews
• Make between 150 to 200 prospecting calls per day
• Maintain integrity of the database by updating ATS with proper notes and documentation
• Build submission profiles for quality candidates for top tier clients to review
