About Truficient:
We are an HVAC company looking to offer referrals to professionals in the home service industry that can refer over service calls and replacement leads to our company Truficient Energy Solutions. We offer repair, maintenance and installation services for residential homeowners.

Job Description:
We’re seeking 1 to 3 dedicated Virtual Lead Generation Specialists to expand our network and create business opportunities by connecting with professionals in the home services industry. We will provide a list of of the services we perform and what type of professions we are looking to network with.

Key Responsibilities:
Outreach and Networking: Proactively reach out to individuals and businesses in the home services industry. You will be provided with a targeted list to work from, focusing on key contacts who can refer service calls and install leads to our company.

Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential referral sources. Understand their needs and how a partnership with Truficient Energy Solutions can be mutually beneficial.

Communication:
Maintain regular communication with prospects through emails and Texts Present our services compellingly and handle initial queries.

Lead Tracking:
Keep accurate records of interactions with potential leads, track progress, and follow up as necessary to convert prospects into referral sources.

We use Zoho CRM to track all leads.

Feedback and Reporting:
Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, successes, challenges, and insights on market trends in the home services industry.

We need to maintain KPI’s (key performance indicators) that way we can make sure we are keeping up with what works and improving.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the home services or HVAC industry.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking software.

You will be contacting professionals and companies in these industries. We are looking to work with smaller companies and more individual type of business instead of big companies.
