Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in editing short-form content like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Ability to sift through footage and select the best clips, including custom B-roll.
Skill in matching the style of reference videos and adding creative edits.
Incorporating relevant music and advanced editing techniques (L cuts, J cuts, etc.).
Ensuring quick turnaround times and availability during work hours.

Skills and Abilities:
Advanced, premium video editing skills.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work fast.
Capable of handling 10-25 video projects per month.
Efficient in receiving and managing large file transfers.
Access to a high-performance computer and robust internet connection.
Familiarity with animation tools and additional editing software.

Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing, preferably in social media content.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your editing skills.
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
Coachable attitude with a willingness to grow and develop within the team.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Interview Process:
As part of our selection process, shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in a live editing test during an interview call with our Marketing Manager. This will involve editing a video in real-time to assess your skills and adaptability.
