We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will have to:
– Respond to emails and phone calls
– Schedule meetings
– Manage contacts list
– Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
– Organize managers’ calendars
– Perform market research
– Create presentations, as assigned
– Provide customer service as the first point of contact
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
– Bachelor’s degree
– Familiarity with the latest workplace technologies, including VoIP, online calendars and desktop sharing
– Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing program
– Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills
– Ability to work with minimum supervision
Mandate Requirement: The candidate should have a high-speed internet connection and a laptop with high computer specifications.
WORK FROM HOME
There is no need to come to the office. The only real requirement is you have your own device, high-speed internet can communicate well and can work in our time zone so we can collaborate effectively.
