Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant at Myri Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both the CEO’s personal and professional responsibilities. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, agility, and a proactive mindset. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization while supporting the CEO and contributing to the success of our startup.
Key Responsibilities:
CEO Support (20-25%):
Manage and organize the CEO’s personal calendar, including family healthcare and appointments.
Verify and coordinate health insurance matters.
Ensure the CEO is well-supported in personal and professional endeavors.
Startup Operations:
Manage the CEO’s professional calendar and schedule appointments.
Assist with investment-related tasks, including investor updates, drafting emails, managing the data room, and investor relations.
Coordinate and manage content for our pregnancy and postpartum app.
Generate leads, send initial sales emails, and follow up with clients.
Handle client management and communication.
Utilize and manage various tech platforms, including Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, Figma, Miro, and AI-driven tools.
Take initiatives and think forward to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Social Media and Design Support:
Occasionally assist with social media partnerships for the CEO’s personal brand.
Edit videos as needed (bonus skill).
Collaborate with our graphic designer on design-related tasks and contribute with design capabilities when required.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in using tech platforms such as Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, Figma, and Miro.
Experience with AI-driven platforms is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement.
Basic design skills and video editing experience are bonuses.
