Job Description

Join our Newtiful team as a versatile Virtual Assistant and play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience and brand presence. This multifaceted position blends customer support, social media engagement, and influencer collaboration, offering significant opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.

Main Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support and Social Media Moderation (2-3 hours/day): Deliver exceptional service by handling refunds, replacements, and general inquiries. Engage with our community by responding to DMs and comments on Facebook and Instagram.

Influencer Management (1 hour/day): Coordinate with potential brand collaborators and maintain a Notion database to track influencer partnerships from initiation to post-collaboration follow-ups.

Influencer Collaboration Content Review: Cross-check the contents uploaded by each influencer with the deliverables mentioned in the Newtiful Brand Guidelines and verify if he/she has completed all the deliverables.

3PL Order Management: Manage 3PL orders to ensure timely payment for all orders listed in the online system.

Secondary Key Responsibilities
Content Protection: Monitor and take action against unauthorized use of our content across digital platforms.

Operational Support: Update SOPs, templates, and documents on Notion.

Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the team and dropshipping agents via Slack.

Technical Skills Required:
Proficient in Shopify, Notion, Meta Business Suite, Gmail, Slack, and ChatGPT.
Potential to train other VAs in the future.
Soft Skills Required:
Excellent command of English.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
Independent and collaborative work ethic.
Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
Growth and Development:
Schedule: Begin with 5 hours/day, transitioning to full-time as the business grows, with hours split between morning/afternoon and evening sessions, aligning with PH and CET time zones. Weekends optional.

Support: Receive comprehensive training, SOPs, tutorials, and templates.

Advancement: Opportunities for increased responsibilities and remuneration.
