Virtual Assistant for Profit First Taxes and Self B4 Abundance
Job Overview:
We are seeking two dynamic Virtual Assistants to join our teams at Profit First Taxes and Self B4 Abundance. As a skilled tax accountant and business coach, Shane Harris leads these fast-paced businesses with a focus on efficiency and excellence. The ideal candidates will be responsible for a range of tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and managing social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input data related to tax accounting and business coaching activities. Maintain and update records with a high level of confidentiality and precision.
Bookkeeping: Assist in managing financial records, including invoicing, tracking expenses, and preparing reports. Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping for both businesses. Must have Quickbooks online experience. (Pro-Advisor a plus)
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content on various social media platforms. Monitor social media interactions and engage with the audience to enhance brand presence. create graphics for emails, landing pages, websites, and social media.
Lead generation: Create attractive lead generations with graphics that will attract our ideal clients.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as email management, scheduling, and client communication.
website / Landing page / Blogs: Update, and provide high-value content that converts to paid clients.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry, bookkeeping, graphics, AI tools, and social media management.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using accounting software and social media platforms.
Must be comfortable with recording video and audio
Training and Compensation:

Comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
Pay will be determined based on experience.
A reduced pay rate will apply during the initial 90-day training period, with the opportunity for renegotiation thereafter. Opportunity for full-time hours and increased pay after 90 days.
