Responsibilities:

Multi-Channel Store Management:

Set up and oversee online stores on various platforms, with a strategic focus on eBay and Amazon.
Ensure flawless dropshipping operations and streamline order fulfillment processes.
Initiate contact with suppliers, establish accounts, and organize shipping and logistics.

Product Research and Testing:

Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint trending products.
Coordinate rigorous product testing, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.

Employee Management:

Recruit, hire, and lead a team of virtual assistants and employees, prioritizing proficiency in written and verbal English.
Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to cultivate continuous improvement.

Store and Worker Performance Audits:

Implement regular audits to assess store performance, identifying and rectifying areas for improvement.
Monitor and evaluate worker performance, ensuring a seamless blend of efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven prowess in e-commerce, dropshipping, and online retail.
A master multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Demonstrated success on eBay and Amazon platforms.
Experience in recruiting and managing remote teams.
Familiarity with a spectrum of e-commerce platforms and tools.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $2 per hour
Performance-Based Bonus: To be determined based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Position Details:

Full-time position with a 20-hour per week paid trial. Transition to full-time contingent on performance and business requirements.
