Key Responsibilities:
Virtual Assistance Mastery: Handle day-to-day tasks like email management, scheduling appointments, and interacting with clients. Be the supportive backbone of our team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operation.
SEO & Social Media Wizardry: We need someone with a strong grasp of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and social media strategies. You’ll be crafting high-quality content using AI tools, but with your creative touch to enhance its value.
Content Creation Talent: Dive into basic photo editing and graphic design. Your role will include creating visually appealing content and posting it on WordPress.
Competitive Analysis Skills: Research our clients’ competitors to leverage their SEO strategies. Your insights will help us produce more targeted, user-focused content for our clients.
Active Collaboration: Join us in meetings, contribute to content writing (primarily for SEO purposes), and manage some social media postings. Your voice matters, and we want you involved in making impactful business decisions.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (US Eastern Standard Time)
