In this pivotal role, you’ll:
• Manage client curriculum plans meticulously, ensuring a seamless journey throughout their course.
• Foster lasting client relationships by delivering memorable experiences and exceptional support.
• Collaborate effectively with our coaching team, enabling clients to achieve remarkable outcomes.
• Use your exceptional written and verbal English communication skills to interact professionally with top client executives.
• Maintain accurate client records by overseeing data management and CRM campaigns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to CRM service tickets.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to executives with absolute professionalism.
• Organize high-quality events and seminars that inspire and engage.
• Enjoy promotion opportunities readily available for impact players.

Our ideal candidate:
• Has a track record of success in client support roles, sales, or administrative roles.
• Has exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Is able to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Has a background in sales or sales management, or similar roles (this would be a plus!).
• Embodies a positive attitude and is committed to continuous improvement.
• Believes in doing the right thing, always.
• Brings the BEST version of themselves to every interaction, creating an environment that is supportive of the team, executives, and clients.
• Is detail-oriented, focused, and committed to delivering work of the highest quality.
