Cloud4x is a Managed Services Provider with a long-term customer base that values close partnerships with our clients. Our team is an exceptional collection of engineers and business owners that have delivered complex projects in Corporate and Education contexts, as well as solutions for other MSP partners.

What we need:
We are introducing a new operational arm of Dynamics CRM and Automation in our Business model offering to our clients. At present and for the next 12 months we aim to have a team purely dedicated in servicing one of our clients and their solutions exclusively.

The selected candidate will work closely with:
• our client’s Service Delivery Manager and Financial Controller, as well as with
• the Operations and Support Management of Cloud4x.

As a quick summary, you will be working on:
• AWS | Azure and Private Cloud services in the IaaS and PaaS space
• Automation and data analytics
• Microsoft 365 Dynamics and other technologies and platforms

Requirements:
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting solutions across multiple technologies.
• High proficiency in developing and supporting .NET Technologies & RDBMS with interface designing & implementation.
• Expertise in processing data and flowcharting techniques.
• Strong focus on design and user capabilities.
• Skilled in requirements analysis and project documentation
• Progressive experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CRM and with an extensive involvement in various client deployments that honed communication skills, requirement scoping, and team management.
• Experience with the Microsoft stack of data tools (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, SQL Server).
• Experience in Database Development, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics using the following Technology Stack:
o SQL Server (Azure and on-prem)
o Azure Machine Learning Studio
o SQL Server Machine Learning Services
o Analysis Services including Azure
o SSIS and Azure Data Factory
o Azure SQL Data Warehouse
o Databricks
• Experienced in Automating Data Pipelines using:
o Azure DevOps
o Azure Automation and PowerShell
• Software development abilities
• Microsoft certification or demonstrated experience.

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the re-architecture of platforms and lead migration projects to move key applications to Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, and AWS
• Able to Initiate digital transformation initiatives across groups.
• Provide technical & functional support on Dynamics 365 F&O, AX 2012 R2/R3 supply chain modules.
• Develop Power BI reports.
• Support and consult on Microsoft D365 Supply Chain
• Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and select solutions
• Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture
• Attention to detail
• Background in MSPs preferred
• Taking ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review.
• Understand projects impacting your service area and ensure service impact is reduced.
