Company Overview – Anita L Williamson is a real estate agent in the Central Virginia area of the US for over 7 years. She focuses her lead generation on attracting customers with her social media marketing. She is looking to expand her admin team with a dynamite social media and editing virtual assistant who is eager to learn and work on various digital tasks.

Role Summary – This position involves editing content, managing social media especially Youtube, and learning new digital marketing tools. Guidance is provided through SOPs and regular one-on-one meetings. No prior real estate experience is required, but a willingness to learn and ask questions is essential. This position is perfect for someone who is naturally creative, self motivated, leader and brings their own ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

* Edit wide range of video content to be engaging and visually appealing for Reels, long-form Facebook/Instagram videos, Youtube videos, and Tik Tok
* Create engaging videos using templates, motion graphics, animations, visual and sound effects, transitions, lower thirds & titles, LUTs, overlays, and textures.
* Schedule and cross post video content on multiple social media sites such as – Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube, etc.
* Managing the operation of Youtube channel – developing content strategies, uploading and scheduling videos, expanding Youtube audience, writing descriptions, optimizing SEO element such as video titles, descriptions, and tags for improved search engine visibility and ranking.
* Creation of video thumbnails
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.

Tools You’ll Use:
* Canva, Meta Business Suite Planner (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, , Wevideo, , Google Drive

Requirements:
* Quick learner with a proactive approach
* Proven experience in video editing
* Reliable internet connection
* Strong oral and written English
* Familiarity with SEO best practices, particularly for YouTube optimization
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Previous experience in social media management or virtual assistance is a plus
