Our offerings include engaging masterclasses, workshops, and retreats, both virtual and in-person, designed to enhance the lives of our audience through education and shared experiences.

We focus on key areas like menopause, mindset, money, wellness, and spirituality, incorporating both African traditional practices and a blend of views.

**Position: Brand Manager (Remote, Part-Time)**

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Content Management and Production:** Develop, manage, and optimize content across multiple platforms, including social media, to boost engagement and brand visibility. Experience in setting up and managing e-commerce stores is crucial.

– **Influencer and Media Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer outreach, press, and other media engagements. Develop and maintain relationships that align with our brand’s ethos.

– **Opportunity Research and Outreach:** Proactively research and identify speaking, podcast, and media opportunities that resonate with our target audience. Strategically pitch the brand’s Founder to relevant platforms.

– **Trend Analysis and Reporting:** Keep abreast of the latest trends, thought leaders, and developments affecting our audience. Provide actionable insights that can inform brand strategies and content development.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in content management, social media production, and e-commerce.
– Strong understanding of media relations and influencer marketing.
– Excellent research skills and ability to identify opportunities that align with our brand values and audience interests.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Passion for topics relevant to our audience, including health and wellness, financial empowerment, and spiritual growth.

**Work Hours:** This role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.

**Compensation:** Competitive hourly rate. Opportunities for equity in the company may be discussed.
