POSITION SUMMARY
The individual in this role is responsible for overseeing all strategic E-commerce accounts in the US and the UK, encompassing comprehensive management of various aspects including service level metrics, sales, and continuous improvement efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all aspects of Online Ecommerce Account(s), specifically Amazon Vendor Central in the US and UK.
• Expand into new territories, including EU, Canada, and Asia. • Manage future retail-type accounts, such as Walmart (1P).
• Possess knowledge of PPC campaigns and Keyword Targeting to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Take responsibility for Sales Promotions and implement SEO strategies for improved visibility and rankings.
• Maintain Brand Registry for brand protection and enhanced brand presence.
• Understand A+ content and store management to optimize product listings and improve customer experience.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine strategies and drive better outcomes.
• Ensure listing optimization on all marketplaces to maximize product visibility and sales potential.
• Manage and respond to customer feedback, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and cross-training initiatives to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with online retail required (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Newegg).
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in online marketplaces required.
• Channel Advisor experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrates the ability to design workflows and procedures, generate innovative solutions, identify and resolve issues promptly, and coordinate projects effectively.
• Displays proficiency in project management and coordination.
• Exhibits professional experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Shows the capacity to generate creative solutions.
• Demonstrates skill in writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Possesses effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to address groups of customers or employees in an organization.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
