Unleashing the Wonders of Your Space Role
The Space Explorer E-Commerce Account Manager (Builder) will lead the way in project management, monitoring, and development. In addition to maintaining a high standard of throughput and output, this role will need to identify new and emerging technologies and platforms to help us navigate the ever-evolving industry trends. Responsible for driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and teamwork within the E-Commerce Operations department. Collaborates with department heads to resolve complex issues, monitor performance metrics, and develop, plan, and execute strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
Additionally, This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of E-Commerce operations and industry best practices.

Lead the team to the stars and beyond
• Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance
• Consulting across business operations, providing mentorship and contributing specialized knowledge
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time
• Accountable for Amazon and other E-Commerce channels
• Ensuring company product categories and displays are optimized for sales and marketing
• Monitor and implement new strategies to improve conversion on key products
• Track and analyze data and implement strategies to improve sales, boost visibility on Amazon, and increase customer experience
• Keeping up-to-date with Amazon’s SOPs, guidelines, and protocols
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, and incorporate them into our strategies
• Develop, create, and optimize product listings on Amazon using tools such as Helium 10 or similar
• Leverage tools to increase review counts and automate the review follow-up process

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an E-Commerce Account Manager, experience in Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Faire is a MUST
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing timelines and resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Must have a deep understanding of how to use E-Commerce tools (Helium 10 or similar) and manage reviews
• Innovate and continuously improve by proactively and consistently identifying OOPs (Obstacle, Opportunities, and Problems)
• Work on open-ended tasks and use judgment to make data-based decisions
• Lead and manage new projects end to end – from conceptualization and initialization to definition and planning to execution to performance and control to project close
