E-Commerce Ad Variant Creator Video Editor Needed!

Hello,
My name is Marco and I run several e-commerce brands. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Ad Variant Creator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create variants of our best performing ads by sourcing new clips, adding them in the correct places, finding new music, and generally creating new ads using existing clips. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative ad content that resonates with our target audience and contributes to our overall marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

– Source new video clips from the web, including YouTube and TikTok, to incorporate into our ads
– Add new clips to existing ads in the correct places to create new variants
– Find fitting music to add to the ads and change existing music when necessary
– Edit and manipulate existing video clips to create new ads
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure ad content aligns with overall marketing strategy
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and creative ad techniques

Requirements:

– Experience in video editing, specifically in creating social media ads
– Strong knowledge of video editing software and tools
– Ability to source new clips from the web and manipulate them to fit into existing ads
– Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly YouTube and TikTok
– Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging ad content
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Compensation:
This position offers an hourly wage of $4.50. In addition, if one of the ads created by the Ad Variant Creator is determined to be a winner, they will receive a commission of $50.
