ABOUT THE JOB:
To effectively manage and optimize our Amazon and other e-commerce accounts, ensuring consistent growth, improved seller metrics, and exceptional customer service.
Brand Stores Management
– Review and update the Amazon store to align with the USA version and enhance A+ content.
– Build and manage the Amazon store with the current product range.
– Update the Amazon store based on the available range, mirroring the Amazon USA store.
Catalogue Management
– Enhance A+ content for products.
– Address incomplete and inactive listings on Amazon.
– Increase product listings by reviewing stock and adding missing items, starting with best sellers.
– Create new listings where an ASIN is absent.
– Add new product ranges to Amazon.
– Enrich product content, focusing initially on best-sellers
– Improve content for the clearance range with better images and descriptions.
– Limit unauthorized resellers for key brands.
Pricing Management
– Regularly review and ensure price competitiveness.
– Address issues with offers not eligible to be a featured offer on Amazon.
Amazon FBA Optimization
– Monitor and improve FBA performance using the dashboard and action recommendations.
– Add FBA offers based on recommended opportunities.
– Remove aging inventory to improve sell-through rates
– Request RA numbers for creating removal orders.
– Remove unsellable (faulty) FBA inventory
– Promptly address listing problems by regularly checking FBA Stranded Inventory.
– Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support 30 to 60 days of expected sales.
– Utilize deals, coupons, and advertising to sell overstocked and out-of-season products.
Advertising and SEO
– Improve SEO with a focus on best-selling products.
– Review current advertising campaigns and recommend changes to enhance ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Minimum of 3-5 years managing Amazon and e-commerce accounts
– Strong proficiency in range management, listing creation, sales, and customer service
– Knowledge in graphic design, image resizing, and using tools like Klaviyo
– Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase conversions and improve seller metrics
– Capable of working independently, making informed decisions, and taking initiative
– Effective in collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to achieve desired outcomes
– Strong emphasis on following and improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Complementary Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
– Experience with Facebook & Instagram ads
– Experience with Google Ads
– Proficiency in Email/SMS Marketing & Automation
– Knowledge in website development, sales copywriting, landing page creation
