Client Overview:
*Jana is an amazing entrepreneur and influencer deeply committed to improving women’s health and wellness. She’s looking for an extra awesome unicorn who can help her with customer support and sales. You will absolutely love her!
Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Mountain Time (US); sometimes Jana has coaching calls for her community that she would love support with. Sometimes they’re at 6pm, very rare though.
*Must be a woman who cares about health and wellness
*Must have experience with email campaigns and automation inside a CRM
*Must have experience with administrative support
*Must have strong written abilities
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must have empathy and compassion

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Shopify Management
*Add and update product listings
*Manage inventory status, including marking products as sold out
*Utilize templates for creating new products
*Copy landing pages for new collaborations with companies or influencers
Amazon Backend Support
*Handle tasks related to refunds and other customer-related issues
PayPal
*Process returns and manage related customer service tasks
Keap
*Integrate written email content into Keap, incorporating buttons and calls to action
*Develop and manage email campaigns, including setting up reminders and automation
*Keep track of upcoming events and promotions and add them to the email campaigns as needed.
Social Snowball Affiliate Management
*Monitor and troubleshoot affiliate and influencer relationships
*Manage promotions and special offers
Freshdesk Customer Support
*Provide kind and supportive customer support
