We are actively seeking a dedicated marketing enthusiast to join our team as an Assistant to the Social Media Manager.
This is a full-time position, with the initial two weeks serving as a part-time introduction to the role. As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to assist our Social Media Manager in executing comprehensive strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Social Media Manager in tasks ranging from calendar posting and customer service chat to comments monitoring and eCommerce listing optimization on platforms like eBay and Amazon.

Media (FB, Instagram, TikTok):
· Content Creation and Curation: Develop engaging and relevant content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
· Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
· Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights gained.
Posting/Planning (Stories, Reels, Photo):
· Content Calendar Creation: Develop a comprehensive content calendar outlining the schedule for Stories, Reels, and Photo posts.
· Themed Campaigns: Plan and execute themed content campaigns to align with marketing objectives.
· Coordination with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
Service Chat:
· Real-Time Support: Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries via chat on various platforms.
· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
· Knowledge Base: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to assist customers with common queries.
Monitoring:
· Engagement Management: Monitor and engage with comments on social media platforms to foster community interaction.
· Moderation: Implement moderation policies to ensure a positive and respectful online environment.
· Trend Analysis: Identify emerging trends or concerns through comment analysis and report to the appropriate teams.
(eBay and Amazon):
eBay Listing:
· Item Research: Conduct market research to determine optimal pricing and listing strategies.
· Optimized Titles and Descriptions: Craft compelling product titles and detailed descriptions to enhance visibility.
· Image Selection: Curate high-quality images to showcase products effectively.
Amazon Listing:
· Flat File Management: Utilize flat files to efficiently list and update product information on Amazon.
· Keyword Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to enhance product discoverability.
· Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings to identify opportunities for improvement.
Product Title Research (eBay and Amazon):
· SEO Optimization: Research and implement SEO-friendly keywords in product titles.
· Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends to incorporate relevant keywords into titles.
Listing Improvements (eBay and Amazon):
· A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize product listings for conversion.
· Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and reviews to make continuous improvements.
· Promotional Strategies: Develop and execute promotional strategies to boost sales and visibility.
By thoroughly managing these tasks, the goal is to enhance brand presence, improve customer satisfaction, and drive sales on both eBay and Amazon platforms.
