Our working hour is from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (Singapore Timezone).
You are required to be available off work when needed for urgent tasks. No moonlighting is allowed during work hours.
Job Descriptions:
– Maintain and upkeep all marketplaces such as Shopify, Walmart, Target and etc
– Monitor reviews and record them in the file.
– Answer Q&A from customers for all marketplaces.
– Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
– Have prior experience in administrative matters.
– Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
– Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
– Reliable Internet Connection & working PC
– Commit to work Full-Time.
– Highly organized and task-oriented.
– Independent, meticulous, and result-oriented.
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsive.
– Technology-savvy and able to operate well under pressure.
– Meeting the KPI consistently
– Must have a stable internet connection
– We use Hubstaff for screen and time tracking
