Key Responsibilities:

– Craft and refine product listings on eBay, ensuring accuracy and engaging content.

– Provide prompt and exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries via email.

– Manage and refine PPC campaigns on eBay to elevate product visibility and drive sales.

– Optimise product pages for enhanced sales across eBay, Amazon, and Shopify platforms.

– Regularly review and adjust pricing on eBay and Amazon to maintain competitiveness and profitability, utilising tools like Helium10 to identify clearance items and slow sellers.

– Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new product opportunities.

– Utilise repricer tools such as BQOOL and StreetPricer for effective competitor analysis.

– Analyse sales data and PPC campaign performance to develop informed strategies.

– Assist with inventory management, including tracking and updating online stock levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Experience in E-commerce, with a focus on eBay and Amazon platforms preferred.

– Familiarity with PPC campaign management, SEO principles, and online sales strategies.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

– Proficiency in E-commerce platforms, tools, and analytics.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

– High attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

– Proficient in MS Office and spreadsheets.

– Proactive problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
