Company Overview: I run a Los Angeles-based e-commerce business that currently sells on Amazon and a little bit on eBay, with plans to expand to other marketplaces in the future.

Job Description: I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me initially with data-entry, inventory, and email management. This is a growth opportunity for you to master the job and then gain additional responsibilities. You will learn about and assist me with many aspects of my business and as we grow and add wholesale accounts, your responsibilities and pay will likewise grow.

Your initial primary responsibilities will include:

– Processing orders for shipping on a daily basis. This requires a very high attention to detail as 100?curacy is required.
– Entering invoice information into web-based software called Inventory Lab to track purchased inventory.
– Managing business email accounts to weed out spam. You will respond to some, or inform me of those that need my personal attention.
– Helping to create Standard Operating Procedures together as we fine-tune your tasks and for training future VAs when you move up to higher responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Strong focus and attention to detail is critical
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills

– Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive is desired

Work Hours: This is a full-time, salaried position, however your initial tasks will likely take only a few hours/day for the first month or two. After training, you may generally work independently during regular day-time hours in the Philippines.

Your most time-sensitive task is each day’s order processing which must be completed before we start shipping at 9 AM Pacific Time (9 AM PDT / 12 midnight Philippines Time). In reality, this means you must input all orders that happen up until 3 PM Philippine Time so they are ready for us to ship the following day in the US.

Compensation: The initial salary is $350/month for the first three months, then $400/month starting in your fourth month, with periodic raises and bonuses based on performance. We’ll pay you weekly during the first two months.
