Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile E-commerce and Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in managing our digital presence, automating processes, and optimizing our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI prompt engineering, scripting, Amazon management, and digital content creation.

Responsibilities:

AI and Automation:

Develop and write high-quality AI prompts for ChatGPT.
Create and manage scripts to automate various tasks.
Download content from websites and compile lists of URLs.
Integrate AI tools to process information and generate results.
Post and review AI-generated content.
Collect and organize content from Facebook Groups, YouTube Channels, and other sources for managerial review.
Amazon Management:

Generate and manage weekly shipping plans, including creating SKU stickers and shipping labels.
Create and save shipping labels.
Develop and revise Amazon product listings.
Review Direct-to-Film (DTF) sales.
Oversee Amazon Ads campaigns, providing regular performance reports.
Summarize Amazon sales data and generate reports.
Determine which products to add to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).
Monitor sales, adjust pricing, and create promotions as needed.
Support Tickets:

Process and manage support tickets efficiently.
Walmart Listing:

Optimize and write product listings for Walmart.
Google Shopping:

Oversee and manage Google shopping feeds.
Alwin Platform:

Input and update invoices accurately.
YouTube Management:

Use Descript to edit videos.
Write engaging YouTube titles, descriptions, and tags.
Link relevant products in YouTube content.
Digital Content Upload:

Upload digital content across various platforms.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in AI prompt engineering and automation scripting.
Strong understanding of Amazon and Walmart listing optimization.
Experience in managing Amazon Ads and Google shopping feeds.
Proficiency in using Descript or similar video editing software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Experience in content management and social media platforms.
Knowledge of FBA and other fulfillment processes.
Additional Information:
