Position: E-commerce Consultant – Amazon, Walmart, eBay Specialist
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies for Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, aligning with overall business goals.
Listing Optimization: Create and enhance product listings, ensuring optimal visibility, compelling content, and adherence to platform guidelines.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Advertising and Promotions: Plan and implement effective advertising campaigns, promotions, and sponsored content to maximize visibility and drive sales.
Marketplace Compliance: Stay updated on platform policies, ensuring all listings comply with regulations and guidelines.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
Customer Experience: Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance the overall shopping experience and resolve customer issues promptly.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
In-depth knowledge of each platform’s algorithms, policies, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and optimize results.
Experience with third-party tools and software for e-commerce management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
Relevant certifications in e-commerce and digital marketing are a plus.
