POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Creative Coordinator at SMARTEK SOLUTIONS LTD, you will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the creative aspects of our projects. You will collaborate with various team members, such as designers, writers, and artists, to ensure the successful execution of creative projects. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
-Plan and manage creative projects, including resource allocation and timeline management.
-Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with overall project goals.
-Conduct quality checks on all creative outputs to maintain high standards.
-Facilitate communication between team members to ensure the creative vision aligns with marketing objectives.
-Support the development of creative strategies and contribute to the overall creative direction.
-Manage and lead the editing team to produce engaging video content, including FB ads and VSLs.
-Oversee the creation of high-quality dropshipping videos tailored to showcase diverse products and niches.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Proven experience as a Creative Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
-Proficiency in video editing and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in conducting quality checks and maintaining high production standards.
-Creative mindset with a focus on strategic planning and brand alignment.
