The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide an excellent, friendly and professional customer service to our customers, via Phone, email, web chat and social media.
*** Responsibilities:
To provide Customers with a professional service via telephone, email, live chat and social media.
To resolve all Customer queries professionally in line with agreed KPI’s, ensuring that any escalations are raised promptly to maintain Customer satisfaction.
Carry out administration duties as and when required eg Dispatch Board, Amazon, Chargebacks, BOL, Paypal, Braintree, Reviews, Social Media, Support Sync
Be conversant with all Customer Service SOP’s and utilise as appropriate.
Any other duties requested by your line manager in relation to your role.
*** You MUST have:
Experience in dealing with customers at all levels essential – Ecommerce (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart etc.)
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships essential.
Committed to improving levels of Customer service essential.
Analytical approach to problem solving.
Competent computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel essential.
Ability to resolve support issues to a significantly high standard

> Fully remote
> UK hours
> Rotating shifts
> 1-2 days off in a week but may not be on weekends
> and may not be consecutive days off (example off on Wednesday and Saturday)
> Pay: starting 700 USD per month and increase 800 USD after 3 months and so on
