This multifaceted position involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, uploading product listings, and engaging in sales calls to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and courteous customer support via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries related to product information, order status, shipping, and returns.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Upload product listings and update inventory across various e-commerce platforms, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introducing our products, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive revenue growth. Be able to handle some social media such as instagram and facebook.
Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in product offerings, service quality, and customer experience.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, order processing, and sales, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and familiarity with order management systems.
Proven sales acumen and ability to effectively pitch products and services over the phone.
