We are a baby and maternity brand with customers based in the USA, Canada, and Europe. Our working hour is from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (Singapore Timezone).
You are required to be available off work when needed for urgent tasks. No moonlighting is allowed during work hours.

Job Description:
– Replying to all customer emails across all platforms with an SLA of 18 hours
– Ensuring that all customer tickets and emails are cleared twice a day within the working hours
– Providing accurate information about products or services to customers
– Resolving and handling customer complaints through excellent customer service recovery emails and follow-ups
– Continuously improving customer service processes
– Create customer-centric email templates
– Follow through on customer returns, refunds, and replacements to ensure that customers are 100% satisfied with the outcome
– Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
– Upkeep professionalism on customer service and ensuring all customer data and communications are kept private and confidential

Requirements:
– Able to commit 7 days a week 6 hours a day
– Working hours: 10am to 1pm and 10pm to 1am (GMT+8)
– A minimum of 3 year of customer service experience dealing with e-commerce customers
– Highly motivated and independent
– Strong language and communication skills – both written and verbal
– Highly customer-obsessed
– Must possess critical thinking
– Reliable internet connection and a working laptop
– Have experience on Freshdesk, Shopify, and Amazon
– Must be able to communicate via Video call, Chat, and Email.
– Meeting the KPI consistently
– Must have a stable internet connection
– We use Hubstaff for screen and time tracking
