E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at The Wanderful, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations while also providing outstanding customer support when needed. Your responsibilities will span inventory management, supplier coordination, and demand forecasting. Additionally, you will serve as a crucial resource in our customer service department, assisting with product inquiries, resolving order issues, and facilitating product returns. This dynamic role requires adaptability, a strong customer-focused mindset, and an ability to optimize logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
– Maintain a real-time understanding of inventory levels to align stock availability with demand forecasts.
– Analyze historical sales data regularly to anticipate fluctuations in demand.
– Prepare sample Purchase Orders for approval.

Supplier Coordination:
– Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure smooth and timely purchase orders and shipments.
– Address any delays or discrepancies in shipments promptly.

Customer Service Support:
– Play a key role in the customer service department, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating product returns.
– Fulfill customer orders when necessary.

Other:
– Analytics & Reporting
– Administrative support
– Other duties as assigned
