Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated customer service representative for our E-commerce brand. We’re a fast-growing brand in the health & wellness space in the UK, with the mission to revolutionize the way people experience sleep. If you have excellent English communication skills, are highly motivated and eager to learn, you’d be a great fit.

Job Details:
– Customer service representative
– Part time ~ 4hrs/day
– Flexible working hours

Tasks:
– Handle customer queries per Email including:
– General queries
– Product questions
– Return requests
– Product exchanges
– Technical support & troubleshooting
– Complaints
– Order cancellations
– Respond to emails within 24 hours
– Handle return requests etc. according to our policies
– Provide technical support
– Issue refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations within Shopify
– Work with Gmail, Shopify, Fulfilment software
– Develop positive customer relationships through friendly interactions and excellent service
– Feedback on product issues/complaints to product development to improve

Requirements:
– Excellent written English communication skills
– Min. 1 year experience in customer service
– High empathy & patience
– Troubleshooting & decision-making skills
– Fast learner & eager to take on new responsibilities within the company as the role grows
– Experience with Gmail/Shopify/E-commerce
