Position: E-commerce Customer Service with Sales (Order Management)
Work Schedule: Part-Time, Minimum of 3 hours per day, Shifting between 8 am – 6 pm Eastern Time
Location: Remote (Work from Home) – Open to applicants in the Philippines only

Requirements:
*Stable internet connection at home
*Personal workstation at home with an updated, well-functioning computer
*Noise-cancelling headset
*Previous experience on Zoho and Bigcommerce is preferred
*Proficient in handling emails, chat, and phone support
*Hardworking, dedicated, and highly disciplined
*Excellent attendance records from previous work
*Availability to work on weekends if needed
*Ability to adhere to strict schedules
