Job Overview:

– Hours: Initially 2-4 hours daily, with potential to expand to full-time (40 hours/week) based on performance and business growth.
– Main Tasks:
– Manage email customer support with a friendly and professional tone.

Skills & Requirements:

– Fluent in English, with exceptional writing and reading skills.
– Solid understanding and practical experience in dropshipping (essential).
– Proven ability in delivering excellent e-commerce customer service.
– Proficient with Shopify and familiar with RE:amaze for customer support.
– Strong capability in using Google Sheets and Excel for record maintenance and updates.

Responsibilities:

– Efficiently manage and respond to customer emails via RE:amaze.
– Skillfully handle and resolve customer disputes.
– Maintain an up-to-date familiarity with the Shopify platform.
– Regularly update records utilizing Google Sheets and Excel.

What We’re Looking For:

– Demonstrable experience as a VA or in a comparable role, preferably within an e-commerce setting.
– Proficiency in RE:amaze for customer support and dispute resolution.
– Strong communication and organizational skills, with a reliable internet connection.
