What you’ll do

The company seeks an E-Commerce Data Manager who will organize and manage all product data, listings, and photo libraries within the company’s online platform. You will be involved in database organization, product categorization, SEO optimization, and pricing management. Proficiency in Shopify, database basics, and photo library organization is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Database Management:
Organize and manage product data within the database, ensuring product information’s accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Utilize Microsoft/Database basics to maintain and update databases efficiently.
Shopify Product Categorization:
Categorize and organize products on the Shopify platform to optimize customers’ browsing and shopping experience.
Implement product categorization strategies to improve searchability and navigation within the online store.
Product Listing Management:
Update and manage product listings on Shopify, including adding new products, editing existing listings, and removing outdated or discontinued items.
Ensure that product listings adhere to branding guidelines and accurately reflect product attributes, features, and pricing.
Photo Library Organization:
Organize the photo library in OneDrive, consolidating scattered files into cohesive folders and naming conventions.
Implement a naming convention for live and raw photos to improve organizational clarity and ease of retrieval.
Product Management:
Review and adjust product listings online, including making additions, updates, and corrections as needed.
Ensure product descriptions, syntax, and grammar are accurate and align with brand standards.
SEO Optimization and Tagging:
Double-check SEO optimization and tagging for product listings to improve search engine visibility and online discoverability.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the online store.
Pricing and Reviews Management:
Review product pricing and make adjustments where necessary to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Manage customer reviews, including adding them to the main page and designer pages to enhance credibility and trustworthiness.

What you should have

At least two years of proven experience in the eCommerce Data Entry field.
Must have remote work experience, preferably with companies based in the US, UK, Australia or Canada.
Proficiency in Shopify is a must-have.
Experience with photo library organization and file management systems is a must-have.
Proficient in Sharepoint, OneDrive, Excel, and Microsoft/Database basics would be nice to have.
Proficiency in Sharepoint and OneDrive to organize and manage the photo library efficiently would be nice to have.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
